Do not worry Egypt, that is how this administration works. I likes to play both sides of the issue when it comes to foreign policy. Kerry is now auditioning for hopefully his next position, President of the U.S., and as in the past may switch sides without notice. Obama is only worried about his legacy as President. All you have to do is convince him that, your moves will reflect well on his legacy, even if it won’t and he will move over to your side.
