It’s always the republicon’s excuse, “It will hurt business.” Never mind the people that can’t make ends meet with the current minimum wage. This would help them. The republicons also use the same excuse when it comes to raising taxes on the wealthy. Another old story that just isn’t true. It’s more about being puppets for those that keep them in office than it is about doing what’s best for the people.
